This $8.5 million project was delivered as part of the NSW Government’s commitment to providing a range of affordable apartments and houses within the redevelopment of Rouse Hill Town Centre.
In total, 28 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments were delivered under this project. Environmental sustainability and energy efficiency were central to the design of this development, and all homes were created to encourage residents to connect with their community. Some of the apartments have been classified as adaptable, allowing for modification in the future to meet the changing needs of our tenants.
The building is extremely well located on the edge of the Rouse Hill Town Centre, which is a major regional shopping centre. Residents have easy access to more than 210 retailers, dining and entertainment facilities, a community centre, library, and medical centre.
The complex is also located just 350 metres from the North West T-Way station which has regular bus services into the Sydney CBD and Parramatta – and the Sydney Metro North, which allows residents direct access to major employment and retail precincts in Castle Hill and Chatswood.
